“To give participants hands-on practice, honest feedback and the skills they need to succeed. Fear public speaking no more!”
Work with Nancy
We judge ourselves by our intentions. We judge others by their actions. What we see and what we hear is all we have to go on, and it is what determines how we are perceived.

Skills You Will Learn

Small groups. Real practice. Skills you use the next day.

A major portion of your effectiveness lies in your ability to inform, influence, persuade and motivate. That is a set of skills, and skills can be taught.

Small Group Format

Groups stay small enough that everyone stands up, presents more than once, and gets constructive feedback in the room. It is not a lecture you sit through.

Control Anxiety

Techniques to manage nerves and inhibition, so you can speak effectively in front of any size group without dreading it beforehand.

Thinking On Your Feet

Handle questions, objections and the unscripted moment with composure, including how to run and handle a Q&A rather than survive it.

What you walk away with

  • Sell yourself and your ideas
  • Speak effectively before any size group
  • Improve job performance and production
  • Control anxiety and inhibition
  • Avoid death by PowerPoint
  • Heighten interest when you speak
  • Conduct and control question and answer sessions
  • Proper eye control
  • Energy and action
  • Volume control

Programs

Three ways to work together

Every program is built around your people and the rooms they actually present in.

In-House Workshops

Our most requested format.

A customized, participatory workshop delivered on-site, limited to a maximum of 12 and a minimum of 5 participants. The content is shaped around your industry, your material and the skill level of your team.

  • On-site, anywhere
  • Maximum of 12, minimum of 5 participants
  • Travel and lodging added at cost

Personal Coaching

Private, focused, and entirely yours.

Individual coaching for a specific person and a specific goal: a keynote, a board presentation, an investor meeting, or simply becoming a person who speaks up well.

  • Video recorded feedback provided in-session for you to review
  • Built around one upcoming or a series of presentations

Seminars

How To Deliver Effective Presentations.

A seminar concentrating on the physical skills required to make professional presentations. Fun, entertaining, fast paced and informative, with volunteers selected from the audience to take part.

  • Improving your introduction and how to handle a Q&A.
  • Confidence building
  • Fun
  • Practical application
  • It is important to practice these skills
  • Sharpen existing skills and master the skills we teach

Testimonials

What participants say

“I have been attending corporate seminars arranged by AT&T for about 10 years now, and none were more exciting than or as mentally stimulating as yours. In selling my product, I have to communicate concisely in face-to-face sales contacts every day. It is important that I make each phrase count. I found the ideas and techniques both enlightening and on target. It raised my confidence level and made selling a little bit more fun.”
Martin Sondey · AT&T
“Your workshops have proven to be instrumental in helping me deliver presentations with confidence and poise. After implementing your techniques, presentations have become fun. This workshop helped me become a better representative of the U.S. Postal Service.”
Elaine W. Conner · Postmaster – United Postal Service
“The video replay aspect of your program places it above any communicative skills workshop I have taken or looked into. I am a much more confident speaker now that I have taken the course.”
Jacques Aebli III · Planned Management Corporation
“I want to express to you what a pleasure it was taking your workshop on presentation skills. I was surprised to learn the many fine points involved in conducting seminars. I feel much more confident in my ability to increase business through seminars and speaking opportunities.”
William Stanton · Financial Planner – Atlanta, GA
